I spoke with 1 NJ dealer today because Lexus just updated the website with 2005 GX.
He told me the Model Year 2006 GX will be a total redesign and it will come out in April 2005. He also told me that I may see it in the Pennsylvania Car Show in Feburary. Price is unknown.
Can someone verify this info? Thanks!

This does not need to be thrown up on every thread on this section. Your "guy" is wrong. It is the LX that is being redesigned and introduced in April. This is WELL known by most Lexus owners. Your "guy" simply got the model number wrong. Check with him again.

All new GX won't be due until 08 or 09 depending on how well it's been selling. If you look at the Lexus/Toyota 4X4 model production history, they typicaly change to an all new model between 6 to 7 years. Some examples are: The Toyota Land Cruiser FJ80 are produced from 91-97 and the current UZJ100 model is from 98-05 or 06. And the previous generation 4Runner was sold between 96-02. So Toyota seems to have a 6 year minimum model lifecycle on their product line. Unless the GX is a flop or have an inherit bad design, they should continue to build it until the end of the model cycle.
