I don't know if I agree with that . I don't think aftermarket is ever as good as factory-installed options ! Nothing (IMHO) beats a lexus navigation and ML is great. The Vais-tech gives me the best of both worlds:

I get the AV in the front (with CD quality), Sirius (CD Quality), and I get the Lexus Navi/ML.

I looked into that, but that uses FM modulation to transfer. With Vais-tech, its RCA cables (CD) and I can use steering wheel controls to control the Sat Radio.

Personally, I have FM mod already and hate the interference and I always get a high-frequency noise even in absolute silence (sounds like a CRT TV-like noise if anyone knows what the heck I mean). CD/DVD quality is priceless to me.
