What are the MP3's options for the GX?
I would love to have the ability to play mp3's in my GX with the navigation system. I wonder if there is a simple solution to this? Can the boothtooth feature work to play MP3's? Is there a simple input for an I-POD? Is there a dvd format that mp3's can be read by the DVD entertainment unit? The CD changer is good but can not hold hundreds or thousands of songs. Bunch of questions to answer. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanx.

Possible solution!
This may be the solution to the mp3 problems! There is a software available called Audio DVD Creator v1.90 that can rip mp3s to AC3 DVD format to be play on the DVD player. The software claim to be able to store up to 45 hours in AC3 format and 6 hours in PCM format of music on 1 dvd! I got to give it a try. Can you imagine 1 dvd with 45 hours of your favorite music If this works, there will be no need for Vais Tech extra install. The following info is from Download.com about Audio DVD Creator:
"Audio DVD Creator lets you create and burn DVDs compiled from normal Audio CDs and MP3/WMA files, and play them on any DVD player since it's DVD-Video compliant. Audio DVD Creator lets you also create Audio CDs, and play them in your car or on your home stereo. You can choose the audio format from high quality (up to six hours in PCM format) or high quantity (up to 45 hours in AC3 format). Audio DVD Creator will get CDDB and ID3Tag information, and use it to create DVD navigation menus automatically. You can choose themes to customize look and feel of your Audio DVD, also you can create your own themes. Audio DVD Creator can rip Audio CDs to WAV files, and import them to Audio DVD directly. Audio DVD Creator can use Matrix Mixer to convert any stereo audio to AC3 5.1 channels output, so that you can enjoy your Audio DVD on 5.1 Audio Speaker System.
Version 1.90 fixes several minor problems."

how did it work?
i've looked at the vais technology products and at $379.00 plus the cost of installation, that is a bit pricey.....have you tried the software that allows you to burn mp3s to dvd?
