I'm thinking the black emblem kit would look great on this car. Anyone have any experience with them? How do they look? How do they hold up? How difficult is it to remove and replace the old emblems?

I've seen it on the BMP GX's and it looks good. I left mine chrome (I have BMP), I do however have the Black Pearl emblems on my GS and on black it looks very stealthy. As for durability and keeping them clean - mine are 3 years old, but have never really seen the "elements" - the most water they see is when I wash the car - very rarely rained on and never seen snow/salt. I do remember receiving a little pamphlet when I first got the car that the emblems needed to be cared for carefully - don't let water spots stay on too long or they may etch the finish, and the black pearl coating could get scratched by any abrasive cleaners etc.

Maybe some of the members who have BP emblems on their everyday drivers can provide some more insight.
