GX Redesigned
Hello all,
I am have been in India for the last month, to visit my family here. I was always counting the amount of Lexuses to be found on the road. Last time i went which was 3 years ago i saw 1. Now in 3 weeks i have seen 10. Its sounds like nothing but it is great to see GS's, LX's, and RX's.
Now I had a trip in India which we came back from yesterday at about 1 in the morning. There was something that surprised me. We were in the Taxi, and a jeep went and turned right very quickly ahead of us. I saw it and it looked very familiar. Took me a second while it was in view and it looked like a GX. The interesting part was that it looked redesigned. THe body looked the same for the most part. The grill was either covered, or it was different, couldnt get a great glimpse. The back lights were exactly the same looking except they became LED's with Red and White.
I dont know if this has been posted or not, about a redesigned GX, or not including Tail lights, Front lights, and Grille, or if im the first. The only thing that is confusing me is the fact that what would a redesigned GX be doing in India. Could Lexus be testing it here? Doubt it... It was also one o'clock in the morning.
But I am 95% sure that that was a GX with the diffferent lights and grill
I just got a glimpse but the glimpse was enough

You almost certainly saw the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. For some reason Toyota doesn't sell this model in the US, but it is to the GX what the Land Cruiser is to the LX470. http://www.toyota.com.hk/showroom/land_cruiser/
