Called my Lexus dealer, asked them to please order the more robust hitch (6500lbs capacity as discussed on the forums) and schedule an install. They began the install, stopped, called me, told me they couldnt put it on because the holes wont match up which they attribute to the truck being in a rear-end collsion accident! However, they also went on to say that they saw no scratches, sign of any part replacements, etc. They believe the original bumper & everything is still on it! So.... did they just not know what they are doing? Should I try a different dealership? Forgive my ignornance but does one have to remove the top piece (under the hitch off-set in the rear bumper piece) in order to put the larger capacity hitch on? Perhaps they didnt know to do this? Thanks....>

Print out the .pdf file and bring it with you to the dealership, ask them to show you which holes are NOT lining up? They should be able to show it to you right on the .pdf...
