Are there any satellite radios that would integrate well with an 05 GX which has the ML sound system? Thanks

Bob.....

I have Sirus Satellite Radio using Vais Techs AIC 100 adapter which connects directly into the ML Sound System.

Cap,

When did they release this? I guess I've been out of this forum for a bit. How does it work, is there another post?

Looknow.....

I've had it about a year. Vais Tech has a special adapter for XM radio but not for Sirus. Therefore I went with the adaptor I mentioned and was able to connect my TV receiver into the ML sound system as well.

Looks good. But I guess that the title and artist of the song would not be visible on the nav screen when the satellite radio is turned on? Thanks-

It's true, that Title and Artist are not visible on the Nav Screen, but they are visible on the Controller Screen. The Sound is more important to me.

Default VaisTech XM

Hello,
I have had the vaistech system for about 6 months and I have had nothing but problems. I have sent it back once - and now they state they are aware of the problem and there is nothing they can do. When you switch out of the MD changer mode to aux, cd, dvd or FM radio, the receiver will not pick up the XM again until the car is turned off. Anyone else having this problem? I am very disappointed for $300.00!!

Default Mine too

I too have the Vaistech unit (ipod version). I also had problems recognizing the aux input (XM Commander) but found by alternatively punching the FM button and the disc button on the lower radio section, I no longer had to turn the car off to activate the unit.
