Alcohol sucks. In Toyota engines, it'll decrease performance.
Toyota makes engines to run on gas, sometimes diesel & a few on LPG.
They don't make alcohol engines & specifically state not to use it in concertrations that constitute "Ethanol" in almost every manual.

I buy it when I can and have used it for over 20 years. Usually a few cents cheaper and higher octane. What's not to like?? The only car I owned that didn't like it was my '82 911, made the fuel pump sound like it had a buzzer in it.
