anyone used JDM HID h11 ? are they good?

planning to change HID also, 6000k,H11, but Philips or JDM? $200 difference between them.

JDM on ebay have 1 year Warranty ,philips only 0.5 yr.

so wanna know is this JDM reliable?

Seems like this kit does not have the relay. There has been quite a bit of debate on if a HID kit is better off with a relay or without one. I would be interested in seeing what the other experts have to say about this kit. I am looking for an HID kit too but think xenondepot's price is a bit on the high side.
