Stop posting this stuff they are all scams!!! This is the thrid post where you are linking to some bull**** ebay ad for a rediculous product. If its not from a reputable aftermarket company it is always likely going to be a scam.

If you need a faster, non top speed limited, etc ..... vehicle but want to spend less than ~$500 for very moderate results get rid of the Lexus.

Please don't ask about Prolong, Slick 50, or any of the other snake oils products either

I tend to agree with 98Nav... all of this is junk and I would suggest going with a TRD Supercharger available for the truck (there are still some sold on ebay, etc.). and not waste the time with $20 gadgets that remove RPM limiters, vacuum pressures, etc. There really are 3 ways to mod a car: Intake, Exhaust, Engine Mods (ie Turbocharger, bore out cylinders, etc.) all the gimmicks out there are JUNK and sorry to say it seem that ELEX you seem to have an uncanny ability to find stuff that does not work I would concentrate on more worthwhile products (albeit more expansive) and not waste your time (since it would be very sad for everyone if you broke your vehicle). A new IS350 is a nice car....

I won't tell you what to to post BUT having read the earlier posts too I agree with these guys. Don't get angry at them for trying to help you, and I'm going to tell you the same thing.

I'd highly recommend you stop searching ebay for a quick performance fix, every single one you have posted are total snake oil products just trying to rip you off. There is no silver bullet and I suggest you use the "if it looks too good to be true it probably is" standard.

I'm not saying this to make you feel bad - you aren't the only one who gets suckered in by these things. Other members post about them all the time... for example the 'turbinator' and the 'tornado' (also crap IMO) linked below

IF you want performance increases it isn't going to be cheap... the GX is never going to be a fast vehicle with any mods other than nitrous or forced induction (supercharger or turbo). Anything else will be barely incremental and probably not even noticed with such a heavy SUV.

 

Remember the kid from NY or NJ who kept asking the same kind of questions and wanted to remove the speed limiter? He was finally banned. Reminds me of Jason in the movie Friday the 13th. He'sss baaack.
