Hey guys...another question. What is the latest release/version for the NAV DVD? I'm finally looking into replacing the one in the 04. In addition, anyone know of any shops tha sell the DVD disk w/out having to pay an arm and leg?

I have the one that is the 2005 edition in my 2006 - I think it is called version 5.1 (not to be confused with Generation 4 Nav system, which is what my GX has).

Sewell Lexus (one of the CL vendors) has it listed here:

It is listed for $288 but you might be able to get a Club Lexus member discount.

HOWEVER - If this is the latest readily available, it is well overdue to be replaced. You might think about waiting unless you can get a really great discount.

My Dad drives a 04, will the above mentioned Nav disc improve the display or is it just a map database update?
