There has been some conflicting info on SAT for '05. The official '05 LX470 kit (pn#86100-0W120) has been replaced with a different number (pn#86100-0W140) Is this new part specifically for 06? It has been posted many times that the 06 kit will NOT work on an 05.

Can anyone confirm that the updated part number will work (or not work) ok with an '05?

I can tell you I have the same vehicle as you. When I did my install the part number ended with 120 and it was for the 04-05 LX. It has since been discontinued and replaced with the 140. The 140 fits the 04-06 LX. Don't know what the diff is but by reason if the 140 replaced the 120 in the 04-05 LX it would have to be correct for the GX. If you order from Sewell don't forget to get your forum discount.

Sewel still has the 120 part in stock so I will just be safe and order that one. Several dealers still have a few of the 120's on thier shelf so it is not any problem getting a hold of it.

Now all I have to do is decide if I want to get the Vaistech ipod adaptor as well and install everything at once while I have the car taken apart.
