The CD's on eBay came from people downloading the manual from the Toyota Tech Info System (TIS), which you can also visit at http://techinfo.lexus.com. It costs money to access the site, but they've got the Service Manual (in 100's of little PDF's), the Owners Manual, and all TSIB's all posted on the site and searchable.
TIS is much more economical than the manual. For the $300 you'd spend on the paper manual, you could access TIS on 30 separate days.

Bootlegged and pirated copies of the Service Manual (and anything else, for that matter) are not allowed to be sold or traded on ClubLexus.
As RXdriver states, you can access the information from Toyota online. I believe a daily subscription is still $10 if you just need it for the day.
