What is the best place to get extra cd magazines 86273-60060?
Could not find them on Ebay.

You could ask for a quote from http://www.irontoad.com.
They're a legit Toyota/Lexus dealer in Pennsylvania... I've purchased from them before.

I just asked the salesperson, and she got 6 CD magazines for me, just for asking. Never hurts to ask.
