I believe you're talking about the navigation system, and if so the answer is yes.
Lexus/Toyota navigation software comes in "generations", or major versions, and each generation is used by many Lexus/Toyota models made at the same time.
2005 and 2006 GX models have the 4th generation. You can search the entire ClubLexus forum for "4th gen menu", and you should find what you're looking for.

I'd be interested in this as well, but have not been able to locate posts regarding the 3rd Gen menu. Tons of posts regarding disk updates...but no hidden features. Links would be great.

4th gen:

Menu, Volume, Upper Left corner, Lower Left corner, Upper Left Corner, Lower left corner.

Hold info while turning parking lights on and off 3 times.

Here's a thread about getting into the diagnostic menu on the 3rd Gen (03-04 GX, also 04 RX):
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=161057

... and here's a thread about the 3rd Gen system menu:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=174261

I believe the diagnostic menu is more comprehensive, but going into the diagnostic menu turns off the stereo, and the only way out is to turn the key off.

I've also seen posts (like the above reply) that suggest the diagnostic menu works the same on 4th Gen as well.

i was in a hurry so i want to let you know that there were two codes there to get to two different menus. the latter with holding the info button takes you to a service menu for your rear camera and gps info. there is a button on there that tells you your speed based on the gps and etc.
