rear climate on 2003 GX
My wife just picked up a 2003 but neither of us can get any warm air to come out of the air vents along the top.
Our salesman told us it won't do it.
So now I turn to the experts...
I turned on the rear air control, turn the heat all the way up (as I understood the owners manual, this should create warmer air relative to the temp setting in the front).
So, I turn the AC on in front as well as the heat up and I'm expecting warm air in the back. No dice.
Any thoughts?

Lexus calls this option a rear air conditioner, therefore there is no separate heater core to produce any heat for the rear compartment. There are ducts under the front bucket seats that will send heated air to the 2nd row of seats.

Thanks for the info. Perfectly consistent with what I've heard from 2 separate dealers. Just seems very odd to me that's the only way to get heat back there...especially considering there's still a 3rd row of seats. At any rate, thank you for the help.
