Default 2003 GX 470 Brake Question

Since I purchased my used GX470 in July(38,000 mls) I've had to have the control arm/drive shaft replaced, air conditioner repaired, and brakes repaired. But I'm still having issues with the brakes. About every other time I apply the brakes I feel a click in the pedal. This was suppose to be fixed with the repair, but it still continues. Does anyone have this problem?

I don't have the click problem, but I have a buzzing every other time I press the brakes. If you check the 4runner forums, the buzzing and clicking is the same issue, problem, or condition, or whatever you want to call it. I am starting to believe that on most GXs and 4runners, you should hardly notice the buzzing and clicking. But on a some, the condition is more noticeable. My Lexus dealer has so far refused to fix the buzzing - they call it normal. There is a pump that recharges the pressure in the brake system every few times you press the brake. The buzzing is the pump running, and the click is the relay shutting off the pump. I believe if you open the hood, the pump is on the driver's side and the relay is on the passnger side. Someone has a diagram on one of the 4runner forums. What exactly did you do to get the brakes repaired so far? Some have said that a new master cylinder fixes this problem, but I'm not sure.

On my service invoice it says they replaced the right front brake caliper, the service tech said it was siezed when they checked it before the repair. He explained it was staying closed after I removed pressure from the pedal. O well, I guess this repair didn't fix my problem
