Hi, newbie here. Just wanted to ask something. My cousin bought a new Land Cruiser Prado (GX470 in our case) and he lives in Manila. Now, he wants to convert the headlights to HID. According to Tire Rack, the Low Beam Bulb for the Lexus GX470 is 9004. My question is, does anyone know here if the Prado has the same case with the GX470 with 9004 type of bulb as low beam?
Thanks
Thanks

Ey there, thanks for the info and I appreciate that. One thing though and hope you don't mind, what brand did you buy to convert your H4 to HID?

Thanks for the BIG help saved me a lot of time and guessing. So we just need to get a H4 fitment then we're good to go. We're planning to get it from www.xenondepot.com with Philips as the bulb and ballasts, do you think that would be fine?
Thanks again

Are you sure you're talking about the Prado 120 series and not the Prado 90 or 70 series? The H4 is an integrated high/low beam lamp. I don't think any passenger cars introduced in the last 10 yrs in the US use H4's. The last I can think of is the 1995 Toyota 4runner/hilux surf. I'd be surprised if the 120 series Prado used H4's with those sculptured integrated headlights.

I also think its a H4 because one of the sites where I asked told me its either a H4 or 9006 but wasn't sure. Also, found this site which I assume installed H4 (http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2156901/6). The Prado is in Manila not in US and its for my cousin not me.
Thanks
