Default Anyone had this Suspension Issue

Driving yesterday ( about 3 weeks now since the 3 trips to the dealer to fix the clunk and then replace both shocks they destroyed while doing the clunk fix). All has been well, then driving yesterday and the rear suspension suddenly starts acting like I have no shocks at all just bouncing all over the place - brutal, I drive about a mile like this and then switch from confort to sport and it goes back to normal - switch back to normal and it has been fine since.

Anyone seen this - just wondering if I should expect it to come back.

Sounds like you have no air in the rear suspension. Could be a compressor issue or the height sensor.

It's not like it's out of air - that would make the truck lower and rougher, this was like I was just sitting on the springs with no dampening at all from the shocks - felt just like it would feel if your shocks where removed completely. Since the dampening is electrically controlled, it was like it just stuck the valve wide open.

I had this issue about a month ago. I have a 2003 gx with 55,000 miles not sure why it happend but it was all of a sudden. like the compressor just stop olding air. The rear end just got bouncy on the bump stops. I am getting ready for service and will have the sensor and air susp checked.

Default Suspension Issue

Had The Truck In For 55000 Service Last Week And Was Told That Both Rear Shocks Are Leaking Fluid. Has Anybody Had To Replace Rear Shocks Yet?

I had the same problem. Both rear shocks were replaced last month.

Same here (leaking). Both rears were replaced at NC. I had 34K miles on mine at the time. "Rklages," I would have your local dealership take a look at this for you.
