Default ? about clunk fix and MPG's

I'm sure I'm going to be told I'm nuts but I swear since I had the clunk fixed my MPG's has dropped. I feel like I'm driving with the brakes on. The clunk is gone but I feel like the truck is being held back. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I have 7,500 miles on the truck and I have never needed brakes ever on any truck that I have owned before 20,000 miles for front brakes and I don't think in the 4 yrs that I owned a tahoe did I ever need to replace the rear breaks. I just don't seem to use the brakes much but on the Lexus it looks like I may need them on the front of the lexus.

Does the Gx eat brakes?

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the Lexus dealer screwed up your parking brake adjustment when they R&R'd your rear control arms. drive it on the freeway for a bit then check to see if the rear rotors are hot.
