door beep

the beeping sound on my 06 gx when i unlock and lock the doors has stopped working all the sudden,but the flashers still work. has this happened to anyone? what should i do?

I hate the beep and the dealer turned it off. So maybe your dealer can check the setting and turn it back on. It's all covered under warranty.

Lexus/Toyota's door beeper is not that annony compares to Honda and most domastic cars use horn as door beeper.

Yes, happened to mine too when the handle in the rear door stopped working. Check to see if all your door handles work properly and lock/unlock.

There is a button under the dash on the drivers side.
Simply press it.
It is dead center. You have to look upwards underneath the dash.

Try it?? It may work.
