My 03 GX has ML and Nav, can the center console screen be programmed to default in audio or climate instead of the NAV function each time I turn on the car?

Check your setup menu. In my 06, if I remember, you can set it not to default to the map, but stay on whatever you set it to. I don't think you can default to a different button.

thanks silverlady, I have already setup what you mentioned, by having the other screens not go back to the Nav screen after 10secs.

But what I want to do now is to have the screen default to whatever was last displayed when I start the car and not show the Nav screen every time at startup.
