I have a 2008 GX and my seat back does not come as far forward as our RX and Landcruiser. I am strange but I like driving with my back almost at 90 degrees.
Any modifications out there?
Thanks

forward??? hell, I wish I could move mine back further - always feel like the seat cushion bottom only supports 1/2 of my thighs!!!
In answer to your question though..... check the tilt/height on the seat bottom cushion it really affects how the back feels. See how low the tilt is on the back of your seat bottom cushion or how high the front is - it does make a big difference in feeling where the back is then. Start by lowering it all the way and then sit in it and raise both evenly until you feel you're bottom and head are at the right height. Then lower the front a tad and adjust the back accordingly.
Hope this helps

I wish it had adjustable side bolsters in the driver's seat like my old Ford Explorer. That and some decent arm rests would make the ride a lot more comfortable.
Oh well, maybe the new model...

I found a trick: tilt the seat-back as far forward as it'll go, then raise the rear of the seat bottom and the seat back will tilt forward with it. Though I wish I could have the best of both worlds (vertical seat back and lower seat height), I'm willing to live with it.
Scott.
