I'm with you Silverlady seems like a big to do just to check the air pressure in the spare. What would have taken me at least an hr took them all of 15 minutes and a 15 minute drive.

When growing up (around 16) my dad said if you can't change a tire then you don't drive the car, well things have changed now, I drive a SUV and the last truck the tires were so heavy I couldn't even lift it to get it on the truck. Now that I know I will keep an eye on the spare and make sure it has air in it. I'll do this every couple of months so if I have to call road side assistance the tire will be OK.

Yes the service dept was great. It was Wilke Lexus and I will be using them again. I bought the truck at Cherry Hill Lexus but I wasn't too thrill with the last service that I got there. I spoke to the service manager who put it in the computer, typed a note and left it on the passenger seat and showed the driver that picked up the truck what needed to be done and still the truck came back with things that were not done.

Thats the whole idea of the TPMS in the spare, so you dont have to keep an eye on the pressure.

I have the same problem with the pressure light ON. Had ALL 5 tires checked and inflated to 35 psi at the Sears service center. Is there anything else I can do short of taking it to the dealer (it's time consuming).

Thank you.

Like Silverlady said, check that 1st, 2nd tire set button under the dash and check the tire pressure on all 5 tire which you already did. If that fails it back to the dealer.

There are some things that I think Lexus could greatly improve on one being the tire sensor. In my 2003 and 2005 Cadillac Escalade I had controls on my steering wheel that I could push to tell me just what the psi was and in what tire. It sure cuts down on the guessing game as to what tire is the problem.

As for going to the dealer I know it's time consuming but in the end I think it took less time then trying to figure out what was going on and which tires was effected.

Like G man said check the buttons to your right down by your knee and make sure they haven't been pushed in by accident.

Thanks for all of your help on my problem.
