With the weather getting cooler my tire pressure light is on, at the moment i have 32-33 psi in all tires, Do i need to inflate more for Cold temp, why the light is coming now and not before..I thought i saw in the manual to add ~9psi for Cold climate is that True...Also I have Nitrogen in the tires that means they need to go back to the dealer to inflate.

Just had this happen to me last week. Everything was fine then I got into the truck to pick up the kids and the light was on. I checked the tires and all had 32-33 psi in them except the spare which I couldn't test. I took my truck into lexus the next day and they checked the tires and what I found out is my spare was low 26 psi and lexus also advised me to keep 35 psi in all tires when the colder weather hits. The dealer put air in the tires and all was fine. I have also been advised on the board to check to see if you might have hit the button by your right knee. Sometimes if the button is pushed in it will cause the light to come on.

 

I am going to take it to the dealer too and let them figure out, most probably it will be the Spare tire, also I will ask them to add more air too...
