Need some feedback before I buy. What do you think would look better on a Dorado Gold Pearl GX470?

I'm leaning towards the prado style lights.

The clear ones are about $200, prado are about $310.
So we are looking at at least a $110 difference.

 

I think either would be an improvement over the stock tails...But, I'd say Prado style on the gold color...If your car was black or silver I may say otherwise. Not sure if the Prado ones are worth the extra $110 though...

 

Those clear ones are ugly, I would go for the Prado even if they cost a $110 more.

The Prado one's look really good. I think they will pull off a clean look without seeming cheesy like the clear one's may.

 

The Prados are nice. Doesn't the '08 GX tails have clear on the top and red on the bottom? I wonder if they would work for older GX's. If yes, what would be the cost? Curious.

 

Just picked up an 04 GX Blizzard Pearl.

I ordered the 08' Tailights (clear turn signals instead of yellow in 03-07 models) from the Lexus Dealership. They said it would take about 4-5 weeks since they are new.

The cost = $220 a side so after tax and everything it was $455.

I ordered them about 2 weeks ago so once i get them, I will post pics!

I can't believe the cost of plastic these days. Don't forget to swap out your rear turn signal bulbs for amber colored ones!

 

Those are nice too! I'm wondering how they would look on my Blizzard Pearl '05?!?

 

I might go with these considering the look and the low cost vs. the Prado ones. I'll order them, but it will be a few weeks, if not Jan of 08 till I do.
