Turns out that Lexus had come out with an Upgrade Kit because of the air conditioning cycling heat. The TSIB on the air conditioner sensors triggered the fact that I wasn't another braindead Lexus customer. It was described to me by my service manager as a BIG job to install the kit. Maybe that's why nobody was notified that the kit was available. Thanks to all for the input from this forum, I didn't look like a dummy needing help. They had my car for 1 1/2 days but hopefully it won't blow hot air when it is 115 outside. They also discovered the leak at the transfer case, another common problem and fixed it too. I wonder why it wasn't discovered 2 weeks earlier when the vehicle was in for scheduled maintenance.
