BTW, it would seem that a system that has so many different ROM drives would be able to be more efficient. of course it was 2008.. I get it.. I mean there is a 6 disc changer in the glove compartment, DVDROM in the over head for rear seat passengers, and now I learn about the under seat dedicated for NAV only. my 2008 ford explorer sport trac has one for all. The NAV data is part of a downloadable bin file, that is loadable from a USB drive. Oh yeah, Lexus didn't have this yet.. lol..

Thanks again.
You'll get full map coverage[0] using either disc. What you won't get is the POI's when you cross into the other region - Just not enough room for them all on one disc.
So just use the one for the region where you feel you need to know where the gas stations are.

[0] Which would be cities and major roads. Back roads are "sorta" on there. Again .. only so much room on the disc. And not every local government uses a GIS and reports their road network to the disc makers.
