I have my antenna on the roof in the back. I am installing Sat for a friend today. I have seen GX's with the antenna on the front above the windshield. How do you run the antenna wire there?

probably take it out thru the door jam to the front of the vehicle (or you could poke thru the firewall and put a rubber grommet in place), then just tuck it under the cowl and run it up under the A-pillar trim on the outside. Personally, I like it in the back better b/c it hides it behind the spoiler and gives you lots of places along the way to store the extra antenna wire. IIRC, mine was something like 30' long....
