Anyone with Aftermarket In-Dash Nav. installed?
Anyone in this CL forum has done this before?
I am trying to see if I can install aftermarket(double-din) Navigation/DVD player with Back Up Camera installed for my wife's GX470. Our GX's stock, has no navi.
If anyone has done or seen this can you please post some pics? or links?

Haven't seen it done, but you could possibly purchase the Double-Din bezel from a county where Landcruiser Prado's are sold and give it a try. The Bezel will likely be a different color than the gray, but should be an easy fix. I considered this option myself, when I was looking at GXs without navi. I do prefer the climate controls external to the navi unit. Ultimately, it was the integration with the Mark Levinson system, which changed my mind and I went with the built in. Just didn't want to take a chance on the conversion.

I've had pioneer Navs in a couple of other cars I've had and they work like a charm. This one has BT, and backup camera available.

talked to a installer at local soundshop while i was getting remotestarter installed and he said that they would have to custom make bezel...guess i gotta start saving some money for the summer

thanks guys... now i have beige/tan interior and i believe i need brownish chocolate color trim but they only have it in grey 
? and i don't have to get their electronic adaptor do i?
