PICS of your GX in the snow - East Coast Snow Storms
#92
A late winter storm just dropped a few inches of the heavy, wet stuff today - right as rush hour was starting. Rain turned to snow and within an hour, we had a few inches on the ground. It's been three hours now and it hasn't let up. Since it's nearly spring, I think most will be melted by tomorrow evening and all of it by the day after.
I took the snows off my GS4 and took the snow scraper out of the trunk last week, so I had to soft pedal it all the way home. White knuckles!
I did my family business tonight and promptly went out in the GX! I'll admit it, I love driving my GX in the bad stuff. I haven't had a 4x4 for almost 20 years. While it's going to need new tires before next winter, it was still a beast tonight.
...sorry in advance for the lame iPhone pics.
Heading up a steep one. It was a parking lot of RWD cars spinning away hopelessly at the bottom, including a new CTS-V that got caught out. I envy that driver 99% of the time, but not today.
Turning around at the top and heading back down. Engaged 4-lo to keep the speed in check.
Here's the CTS-V parked. They clearly weren't going anywhere.
Here's what a major road looked like; everything was covered. Not a giant storm, but it dumped hard and fast. That's what she said.

Awesome!!
Hey I noticed you have yellow fog lights--are they HID's? Anyway can you take a couple front picts of them with all lights on please, been wanting to see what Yellow fogs look like. I have HID white fogs now and may swap out to some 3K HID for yellow tint
