driving lights

has anyone had any problems with your front driving lights/turn signals blowing out? I have replace both the left and right lights now about 4 times each.....seems light something else is going on,any ideas?

I've had an issue w/ my passenger side fog light blowing consistently when I have my trailer hooked up. Otherwise, no issues w/ the DRL/turn signals.
