Default iPhone mounts and/or FM transmitters

I don't drive enough to justify installing a hardwired option. Does anyone use one they could recommend? Also, is the interference terribly annoying?

Default FM transmitter

I tried the FM transmitter from IIRC Belkin. Complete waste of money, IMO.

If you took the time to write about it, it obviously bothers you, so go for the hard-wired option.

The iTrip FM transmitter works fine, but the old-fashioned cassette adapter actually sounds better. I agree on the Belkin products - I got the Belkin TuneBase at an Apple store and returned it soon thereafter. If you have a 2007 or newer GX, you should be able to get a cord to connect the headphone jack on the iPhone to the stereo using the Aux input with the best results. It works great on my brother-in-law's Tundra.
