Also, where does the indicator light wiring run to? Are there pre-existing wires in there for the lights?

No pre-existing wires in the mirror, you will have to run the wires thru the doors and tap into the front turn signal lights.

Yeah, of course it is!!!!!
This is a FULL housing replacemnt just like the 1998 to 2000 GS.
That's why I have it painted the inside as well.
I sell A LOT of these mirrors and I know these things.

Nigel I have a friend ( Business Associate in Singapore and in Dubai who wish to pick up these parts and they do have international Fedex accounts, how do they go about ordering it. Do you accept international card transaction ( visa) online. let me breifly.
