I just got this instructions from Lexus Customer Service. I'd tried before to do it but no luck at all. Even went to the dealer with same results.

On the Steering Wheel, Press the Off-Hook button
On the Navigation System, 1. Select “Settings”
2. Select “Phonebook”
3. Select “Transfer Data”
4. Select desired Group
5. Select whether you wish to “Add” or ”Overwrite”
Now stop
- On the Phone -
1. Select “Menu” (center soft-key with 4 dots)
2. Select “Settings & Tools” Icon
3. Select “Bluetooth Menu”
4. Select "Handsfree"
5. Select "Send Name Card"
6. Select any contacts you wish to transfer
7. Select "Done"
8. Repeat this procedure to transfer additional phone numbers
