Default Organizing cargo/trunk area??

Do you guys use anything besides the net to organize the rear cargo area? Seems like using the net blocks access to the rest of the trunk area. My wife is now using the truck and she keeps several baby items in the back. Some type of divider or organizer would be nice to stop things from sliding around. I have seen this cargo tray online but not sure how effective it would be holding things in place.

I'm not worried about spills. I want to prevent a plastic tub of baby wipes from flying around the cargo area etc.

I have the cargo tray but took it off. It's slippery and too flimsy, if you have groceries in there, they just slide all over the place. Went back to using the cargo mat that came with the car. This is what I use:

If you have groceries, it is so convenient to unload the whole thing into the kitchen, it has a sturdy bottom and feels solid. The handles on the side are rubberized for a comfortable grip.

Maybe this is a silly question, but how did you fasten these organizers in the trunk? What stops the actual organizer from sliding?

It has a rigid non-slip rubberized bottom. It will not slide as long as the cargo area is carpeted or has the cargo mat.

If you use the cargo tray, it will make everything you put on top of that plastic cargo tray slide, including the organizer.
