I need some advice on how to remove the rear panels on the driver and passenger seats for install on a headrest DVD system. Seat panels need to be removed for wire install behind the seat. Thanks !!!

This is what I found, it is from the 4Runner manual, but it should be VERY similar.

I did my own install also and actually found the removal the rear seat panels easy. From behind unhook the bands from under the seat. Once you lift up the flap, you will see two screws. Remove those screws and pull down on the panel. It should come off with little effort and you will have access to rear of the seat and route your wires. No motors will be affected.
