Looks like Chuck just got some new business from me! I live next door to Cherry Hill Lexus but will make the ride down to Atlantic City Lexus for my serivce needs. I too bought my GX used and not from AC Lexus but they will get my business going forward. Hope Chuck it there and I will have to pass along that he was highly recommended!!

Part will be in on Tuesday and my rims will be in today. Chuck is checking out my tires since he knows they are rotated every 6 months and they are not wearing right. I guess my 36 month maintenance will be done today or tomorrow. This man is who spoiled me when it came to how Lexus should handle their service dept. He is a real asset to Lexus of Atlantic City and the GM and the owner should know this.

I had nothing but problems with Cherry Hill Lexus. Funny thing is they are both owned by the same person but you would never know it. I feel you can buy a Lexus anywhere but it's the service dept that will make or break the brand.

I had to leave my GS at the dealer for nearly 2 weeks (just after I bought it in Indianapolis and drove it back home to Omaha). I had a Lexus loaner (a sporty little IS that was fun to drive around for an extended period of time) and all at the cost of Lexus (thank God for buying my car as a CPO)--whew!

Sorry to hear you had such a crappy experience with their Roadside Assistance...I have yet to call them, but I hope when that time comes it'll at least be on a weekday during business hours...lol

He is now not only going to fix the Alternator when it comes in but he also had Lexus pay for my 36 month maintenance which would be 650.00 and he has ordered the new rims and while the truck is down he will be replacing my rims instead of Wilke Lexus. They are also going to make sure that my truck will be delivered to me when completed at home (the dealership is about 65 miles away from me). Lexus is also paying for my rental with no money out of my pocket it's to be billed to Atlantic City Lexus directly.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. This just goes to show you how well things could work out if people did their jobs the way they were intended.
for Chuck..

I also had a bad experience with a Lexus dealer that's a few miles from me. I drive 40 miles to go to another one when I do bring it in. Unfortunately not all dealers/people are the same.

Glad to hear you found Chuck again.

I'll try to remember to not keep brake dust on my wheels too long.
