The GS guys made a thread like this, back when we first bought our GS. Anyone think of any features that are widely unknown on the GX?

there are only a couple of replies there...so, what are some other hidden goodies?? i tell ya what i'd like to find and that is;

1) how to disable the auto-dim feature of the dashboard lights
2) how to stop the hvac system from automatically returning to recirculate each time the car is restarted.

let's pump up this slow forum..what else do you have, owners!?!?

 

Very interesting topic. I am looking for how to adjust sensitivity of auto headlights

 

- headlight auto sensitivity can be adjusted by your dealer as part of the LPS (Lexus Personalized Settings) among other things...

- if you turn the dash/interior dimming **** all the way to the top, past the click, the auto-dimming ceases and remains in full daytime mode

- the HVAC in my '04 GX and '07 GS do not return to recirc. upon restart. They stay where I left them unless either MAX HOT or MAX A/C are set or needed b/c auto temp set is too drastically different from ambient temp. On my GS, it will switch to recirc in the auto mode if it senses too much dirt/etc. in the outside air...
