Default stiff ride after "clunk" fix?

dealer claims nothing is wrong. is there an easy fix for this? i read somewhere that the bolts need to be tightened when its on the ground and not up in the air. should i just loosen them and retorque on the ground while stabilized?

I ask the dealer to fix the problem so I am not sure how they fix it, they are suppose to normalize the suspension before they tighten the control arm I believe, Its the new bushing when install incorrectly that makes the ride stiffer.
