Has anyone taken their GX to Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly with TSB in hand to have this fixed? I'm going to drop mine off within the next week and was wondering what to expect ....

I havn't heard good or bad about them. If they are worth their weight in salt they should take care of it for you without any hassle. FWIW, I get my GX serviced at Lexus of Rockville and their service dept is VERY good, so if your experience is less than steller you have other options. Good luck and report back.

The job is not a major one, shud get the next day itself, unless they hv a back log. My friends hv quoted them satisfactory. I guess no complaints.
