My friend's GX driver door is malfunctioning. It is always locked.

It cannot be unlocked:

-By within the car
-By outside with key
-By the key remote

When the car is put in reverse it does not do anything to do this door either, but it locks every other door. Also, every other door works fine.

Could anyone help me out here, she's flipping out haha.

when you use the remote, can you hear the solenoid in the door activate? (make noise)
