To make life easy, if you under warranty, get this done with the dealer, otherwise you can do this, To me it does not look so complicated, I remember a TSB for this job, let me try and hunt this for you.

update:
The service manager essentially told me to take a hike and that there is nothing for them to do anymore. He said I should get new tires.
I tried to approach Toyo tires for warranty service...but seems I have to get multiple tests and make an appointment with a toyo representative...
Back to square 1.
