I don't mean to be a party pooper but those are five lug rims. We have six lug. I know, I know I was bummed because I wanted to go that route. I DID go with 20s. Here is a picture so you know what 20s will look like. I got them on a straight trade for the stockers so not a bad deal I thought. A bit blingy but it's kewl...

If your looking at 20" wheels that will fit try 6 lug Escalade or Denali wheels. Same bolt pattern and you could just remove the cadillac logo and add the Lexus logo. I did it to chrome 17" sequoia wheels. just an idea. check my avatar.

Wow, I didn't realize the 2010 4Runner had 20" wheels. I assuming they have the 6 lug.

What size tires do you have? I just picked up an 08 and want to put 20s on it. Looking at using some Dunlop SP Sport 5000M DSST CTT 265/50R20 RunFlat with a 20x9 inch rim

Sorry this reply came so late but the size of tire I have is 275 45R20. I think maybe when I go to replace them I may look to a thicker sidewall. Still handles and rides like a dream now, so it would only be for looks. If anything, the tire has enhanced the handling a smidge. I love the way the truck looks and I do feel the 20 inch rim should have been an OE size. I'm glad I swapped out the 18s though. I think a 22 would look sharp as well, but I wasn't sure if the thin sidewall would give a rough ride.

Honestly I have 22 and they feel no different then 17 or 18.

Good to know! I think I ran across a pic of your truck and that inspired me. Mine are only 20's but they didn't cost a thing and for some reason, every rim I seemed to pick out was big money so it was a good option. I do think 22s do look a bit better than 20s.
