I would start with the obvious. Toggle mode, power on and off via ****, check volume and balance/fade, then move onto the fuses. It is encouraging your nav is coming up fine.

To check if there is no sound Press and hold the info switch in the Nav Display while cycling the Tail lights On and OFF three times . If you get P440 on the screen display means " No Connection" means the Antenna Amplifier needs to be checked and inspected. Start with the Removal of the unit and check for the harness behind the Radio unit and ensure the plugged properly. If still not ok then check for the Antenna Amp,check for power continuity, This equipment fails most of the times, check the continuity on the Ant+B wiring from the radio and check the radio output of 12V to the radio Amp., if no power is received replace the Antenna cable. you problem is solved.

If the P440 is not getting generated on the screen, that means there is no connection, something somewhere the wiring harness or connectors either to the equipment is loose or detached, run thru all the harness and connectors, and have them secured. And run the test. if still no success, then you may have to go to nearby Autozone and generated the fault codes ( which is done free. And from there you can take it up further
