Are there pictures or is there a story that I am not seeing?

There is a pic attached, I just failed to elaborate on the story due to still being rather annoyed. Someone forgot where their brake pedal was located and rammed into the car behind me at a red light which then rammed into me...fun times...

Everyone was insured so all good there...police report yada yada....

Sidenote...did you install your own clearbra or have it done?

For some reason I can't see the attachement. Sorry to hear about that. Not that it makes you feel any better, but I've been there and done that and to make matters worse it was my wife's fault.

Hopefully you have a good bodyshop in your area that will take care of it and make you forget all about it.

That sucks, I have been hit 4 times from behind at stop lights. What gives? Next time it happens, someone is getting a smack. Hope it'll buff out.

That sucks! Was the vehicle behind you another truck? Seems to have hit your bumper pretty high and missed the hitch.

I am sorry to see your GX rear ended, There's something about watching Such images from the comfort of your home that brings the e-toughness in people. Watching this image over and over again I get really angry at the rear drivers negligence. When the same **** happened to me 5.5 years ago on my LS400, I had the same reaction . For some reason I just couldn't get angry at the guy. He was all shaken up, asking me if I need an ambulance, telling me how sorry he is and how his insurance will cover everything and also telling me that he's so grateful I did not beat him up (I kid you not - he told me that too. I have no idea why he thought I was going to beat him up. I guess people think we're all hillbillies and I don't blame them if they've read any of our forums ).

There's something about actually being involved in the accident that seems to calm you down.

I'd agree with that...im sure depending on the situation it could be different but both times Ive been hit within the last year (once in this) I was pretty calm. First reaction is obviously is everyone ok.

And you always hope to get a decent apologetic person...Ive gotten insured people so Ive settled for that...apologetic...no...

redrocks...it was an explorer..maybe 06ish...hit a small ford ranger and pushed it into me. The hitch itself is scratched up...wiring is missing in action. Im sure its up there somewhere just havent felt like looking at it.

Hopefully off to the bodyshop this week and ill repost sexier pictures.

I suspected that it was a truck since a car's front end would sit lower and would have cause less damage. It sucks when you've had the vehicle less than a year and something like this happens. Part of the reason why I'm content with buying a pre-owned vehicle...it hurts less knowing it wasn't brand new
