2004 Lexus GX470 No sound from radio, help
#16
Well,I did aniother diagnostic check this a.m. and all checks reveal "OK" highlighted in blue next to then, first few checks on previous days consistently showed "Check" next to Radio H/U and NAV.I did not click the Reset or CLR options,at leat not intentionally.None of the bottom row selections are illuminated either.Still no sound from speakers and the head unit shows normal operating functions and modes.Maybe I'll take it to a local Car Audio Shop see if they can find an issue.
Any other suggestions are appreciated,

forgot to ask-If the AMP and Radio H/U check reveals "OK" does that 100% eliminate them from causing the problem and should check head unit and/or speaker connections?Seems unlikely ALL speakers would cut out and not even produce static.Th eprevious owner mentioned the intermittment radio issue so its been going on for awhile but no sound at all for about a week.

Update/Any explanation?
When I hold the climate & audio buttons down and cycle the lights the diagnostics test shows all checks "OK", BUT...
When I hold the INFO button and cycle the lights the diagnostics test shows "CHECK" next to the Audio/H-U and NAV icons.
The AMP DSP shows "OK" in both tests.
Not sure why diiferent results, which one I should trust now and for future checks and the voice navigation still operates which rules out the speakers.
Also, when the INFO test reveals "Check"- the bottom row of selections are ALL illuminated in blue.
Curious what the "LAN" button refers to?,when I press this it reveals "Check" next to all the systems!!
