cd won't load

my magazine won't lock, as soon as i push it in, it just pops right out. i have tried three different mags they all do the same. any ideas??

Try this method of Troubleshooting, it has help many members and this is what LEXUS technicians are asked to troubleshoot on various Audio issues across Lexus cars and trucks when owners complain.
