I forgot that was asked! I purchased it direct from the Phoenix Android website. Took about a couple of weeks to get. Mine came right from China. Once I got the tracking number it was about 4 days to get.

Check this guy out on YouTube. Before he installs his unit he resets the audio and turns the volume up between 35-40. he also doesn't use an adapter and/or Y Splitter.

I’ll check it out. I did the volume setting. Set it to 45. The radio does sound better than stock. I checked the CarPlay dongle in a wall outlet. It powers up and does charge the phone. So I’m thinking maybe I have the usb plugged into the wrong spot on the radio. I’m going to check it out in a day or 2. My aggravation now is I displayed the temp. It’s in Celsius. My setting is to Fahrenheit. It’s the little things

AWESOME! I got mine yesterday and will attempt an install soon. I almost wanted to have Best Buy install it...
I want to remove the cig lighter and install a circle shaped USB hub in the same hole. Ideas? I’ve seen them around but wasn’t sure if anyone here did that mod yet.
Operator error on the usb. It plugs into the top right on the back. I had a Grom audio adapter before. I got a usb fitting the same size as the Aux. Its an extension. It fits into the Aux spot then you plug it into the USB coming from the radio. Forgive the mess!

That’s clean, I like it. Is that cable long enough?
It is. It made it all the way into the glove box no problem. That’s where I had the Grom. And the Phoenix USBs are long as well so I have them meet up where the CD player use to be.
Again don’t mind the mess or my leg. The white box is the car play adapter. The little white tail is plugged into the the unit. The black cable out goes to the usb in the aux spot. Plenty of cable. I took out the CD player when I put the Grom in. So I tuck it up in the little shelf where the CD player was.
Android Update. Just got the antenna Y. May install it later. Apple Car Play issues. Finally got it to connect on a regular basis through the usb. YouTube music is choppy. Never had an issue before. Then the music on the phone was choppy as well. I downloaded EasyCon app. On the phone and the radio. Took out the car play box and the music plays fine. Don’t know if I have a bad car play box or it needs an update
