Replaced the turn signal sockets. The originals were toasted.

Decided to tackle that this weekend. Once I got it apart, I realized it wasn't really that dirty, it's just old grease causing the issue. I didn't even clean out the old grease. Just sprayed some WD-40 white lithium grease down that hole and it works great.

The inside of my headlight housings were burnt from those DRLs. So I just hooked up the techstream and turned them off.

Removing the rear hubs with internal axle shafts today. I have bearings already and am going to bring them in to a local shop for press work. Hopefully this will reveal a bad rear axle bearing. If not, new bearings can’t hurt.

I like them on. After reading your post I ordered LED bulbs for less heat.

you probably know...but you need to install resistors in the turn signal line for LED bulbs, otherwise you get hyperflash.

Fixed the lid on the center console, working perfectly right now. Will have the video up soon.

@cardboy008
I purchased after market sockets. While installing the standard(non LED) bulbs I noticed they get real hot. As well, had a member here state they will get super hot as the turn signal bulb is the driving light when the lights are off. I ended up ordering LED bulbs to reduce the heat.

Nothing fancy

Those absorbent puppy-pads are great for cleaning up messes. Nice video - I need to clean mine up.
